Structure: The door is constructed with a three-layer design, featuring a soundproof core at its center.
Specifications: The 1.77" | 45 mm Thick Door Panel Comprises
- 0.2" | 5 mm solid textured wood.
- 1.38" | 35 mm aluminum honeycomb with plywood.
- 0.2" | 5 mm solid wood panel.
This combination minimizes weight and prevents deformation. Both sides are finished with natural oil for durability and elegance.
Note: The texture and carved patterns require partial manual craftsmanship. The inherent imperfections and uncontrollable variations are unique characteristics of solid wood carving.
