· Output Wiring: Suitable for wire gauge 16AWG-6AWG (1.25mm²-12.5mm²), stripping length 9-10mm.
Usage Instructions:
The input terminal has a pressure wire cover with self-locking fasteners. Use a flathead screwdriver to slowly pry it open with even pressure, exposing the input terminals. Connect the AC live wire (L) and neutral wire (N). Follow the product label to wire the output terminals, paying attention to polarity.
Precautions:
1. When using this power supply, please distinguish between the input and output terminals. Ensure correct wiring and double-check before powering on.
2. Connect the DC output load first, ensuring it's correct, before turning on the power. In constant current mode, if the power is turned on without a load, turn off the power and wait for the stored energy in the output terminals to discharge completely before connecting the LED. Otherwise, it may damage the LED.
3. This driver is only intended for use with LED luminaires. The input voltage range is AC 200-250V, within the specified output current and voltage range. The ambient temperature should be between -20°C and +45°C, and the surface must not be covered with insulating materials that block heat dissipation. If the product is used in accordance with its operating conditions, it comes with a three-year warranty.
Abnormal Phenomena and Solutions:
If the power supply does not light up after initial electrical connection, disconnect the AC input and check
1. Whether there is any loose connection on the DC output terminal.
2. Whether the positive and negative terminals of the DC output are reversed, or if the LED board is incorrectly soldered.
3. Whether the AC input terminal has any loose connection. After troubleshooting, test again.
If the LED light flickers after proper electrical connection, disconnect the AC input and check the DC output
1. Whether there is an overload or overcurrent situation.
2. Whether the power supply design parameters match the actual usage parameters.
